ASHDOD – JERUSALEM - ASHDOD
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire city from the Mount of Olives (Matt 24:3), walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane (Matt 26:36-44) on Palm Sunday Route. Visit the Room of the last Supper (Mark 14:12-26) and David’s Tomb. Continue on foot into the Walled City to the Jewish Quarter, here we see the Cardo and Western (Wailing) Wall. Next enjoy the panoramic view of the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount before continuing to the Christian Quarter and visit St. Ann’s crusader church, the Lithostrotos, Antonia Fortress and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (Matt 23:27)
ASHDOD – BETHLEHEM – DEAD SEA – MASADA - ASHDOD
Our full day starts with a drive on the roads descending to the east of Jerusalem including the Shepherds’ Fields, identified in ancient times with the shepherds who saw the Star of Nativity. We arrive at Bethlehem, the biblical birthplace of Jesus. We head down to the Dead Sea (429 m / 1,407 ft below sea level) and continue to its shores. Due to the water density being 1.24 kg/liter, swimming here is very similar to floating! We will ascend by cable car to the top of Masada fortress, one of Israel's most popular tourist attractions.

We drive to Jerusalem and enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire city from the Mount of Olives (Matt 24:3), then walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane (Matt 26:36-44) on Palm Sunday Route. We visit the Church of All Nations, also known as the Church or Basilica of the Agony and proceed to Via Dolorosa ("Way of Grief," "Way of Sorrows," "Way of Suffering"). The winding route from Antonia Fortress west to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre—a distance of about 600 m (2,000 ft)—is a celebrated place of Christian pilgrimage. Continue to Bethlehem, descending to the east of Jerusalem including the Shepherds’ Fields, identified in ancient times with the shepherds who saw the Star of Nativity.
