Day 1: ATHENS ARRIVAL
Arrive at Athens International Airport and transfer to hotel. Your journey begins! Travel in time, through the city with a history of more than 5,000 years! Walk along streets where Pericles, Plato and the Apostle Paul laid the foundations for Western Civilization and enjoy the perfect blend of ancient worlds and modern times in a city vibrant with life!

Day 2: ATHENS
Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Athens, including a visit to the Acropolis & its Museum, as well as a panoramic tour of the highlights of the city. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Rest of the day is free to explore the city. You can stroll through the streets of Plaka, known as the "Neighborhood of the Gods", built on top of the residential areas of ancient Athens. Cafes, restaurants and shops invite you to partake in the sumptuous culture that is found in a variety of forms around the city.

Day 3: ONE-DAY CRUISE TO SARONIC GULF ISLANDS (Hydra, Poros, Aegina)
Depart for a cruise to the lovely Greek islands of Poros, Hydra & Aegina including lunch on board. First stop is Poros, delightful scenery marked by the low pine-wooded hills. Continue to Hydra, fashionable artists' colony, a retreat for intellectuals and a favorite film location. Our last port of call is Aegina, an attractive and tranquil resort destination. Return to Athens early evening.

Day 4: FULL DAY ARGOLIS
Drive along the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf to ancient Corinth, passing by the Corinthian Canal, a four miles narrow cut of land, connecting the waters of the Saronic with the Corinthian Gulfs. Then we proceed to Mycenae to visit the remains of the prehistoric citadel fortified with the Cyclopean Walls, the Lionesses' Gate, the remains of the Mycenaean Palace and the Tomb of King Agamemnon. After lunch, short stop in Nafplion, the first capital of modern Greece. Free time to walk and stroll in the old city. Then we continue on to visit Epidaurus: the Sanctuary of Asclepius, ancient god of healing. We see the best-preserved ancient theater in all of Greece, famous for the harmony of its design and the perfection of its remarkable acoustics, easily accommodating 12,000 people. After the visit to the museum we return to hotel in Athens for overnight.

Day 5: FULL DAY DELPHI
Depart for a full day tour to Delphi, the ancient sanctuary of Apollo. Drive through Livadia and Arachova (famous for its ski resort and bright multi-colored carpets). Visit the Museum where one can see various archaeological treasures, such as the unique bronze Charioteer, then proceed along the sacred way to the Athenian treasury. Visit the Temple of Apollo and the Castalia Spring. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Athens in the evening for overnight.

Day 6: DEPARTURE
As you finish packing your clothes and your memories, you realize that now that you have had a taste of Greece you have developed an appetite for more! We hope you return soon and experience more of this wonderful land! Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
