DAY 1 – ARRIVE IN ISTANBUL
Transfer to your Hotel. The original name of Istanbul is Byzantium and then Constantinople. A fascinating city situated between two continents Europe and Asia.

DAY 2 – ISTANBUL
Today we shall see Hagia Sophia, the Hippodrome and obelisk brought from Egypt, then the Blue Mosque and the Basilica cistern. We will enjoy lunch and free time in the Grand Bazaar, where the air is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice

DAY 3 – GALLIPOLI – DARDANELLES - TROY - CANNAKALE
Drive to Gallipoli, crossing the Dardanelles Strait by ferryboat. Visit ancient Troy and see the replica of the wooden horse. Then continue to Cannakale for overnight.

DAY 4 – PERGAMUM – THYATIRA – IZMIR (Smyrna)
First visit to Pergamum [Rev. 1:11; 2:12] with its impressive sites including the Altar of Zeus referred to as the “Throne of Satan” in the book of Revelation. We continue on to Thyatira [Rev. 1:11; 2:18-24; Acts 16:14], famous for its purple dyes, before returning to the Hotel. Enjoy a panoramic drive of the city of Smyrna [Rev. 2:12-17] before checking into hotel. Overnight in Izmir.

DAY 5 – SARDIS - PHILADELPHIA – LAODICEA – HIERAPOLIS (Pamukkale)
Early morning start and first visit is Sardis [Rev. 1:11; 3:1-4], one of the most picturesque sites of the Seven Churches of Asia. In Philadelphia [Rev. 1:11; 3:7] we will see the remains of a Byzantine Basilica and 11th century frescoes. Then on to Laodicea [Rev. 1:11; 3:14; Col. 2:1; 4:13-16], before reaching Hierapolis [Col. 4:13] where ancient hot springs cascade over steep cliffs, forming stalactites and pools. Overnight in Hierapolis.

DAY 6 – EPHESUS – KUSADASI
Today enjoy a visit to the site of Ephesus (Acts 18:19-21), which includes the Artemission Temple; one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World, as well as the Basilica of St. John and the Ephesus archaeological museum. Overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 7 – DEPARTURE
Fly from Izmir to Istanbul to connect with our flight home. We hope that the memories of your visit will accompany you whenever you travel through the pages of Revelation reading about the Seven Churches and that you will choose to come with us on your next Bible land journey.
