Day 1: Arrival in Chania, Greece – Welcome Dinner
Arrival in Chania, Crete. Private transfer to hotel for check in and enjoy your first meal in Greece with a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Winery visit – Beach time
Following breakfast at your hotel, transfer to a beach for some swimming and relaxation. Visit winery for tasting and lunch. Transfer back to hotel to freshen up before dinner!

Day 3: Olive oil class / Cooking class
Visit a local olive grove and learn all about the art of olive oil. Sample some extra virgin olive oil and visit the mill and bottling factory. Following the tour, enjoy a cooking class of local Greek food and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine! Transfer back to hotel for free time before dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Archaeological Museum – Winery - Heraklion
Breakfast at hotel & checkout. Drive to Heraklion and visit the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion housing many artifacts from all over Greece and most importantly from the Palace of Knossos. Following the museum, visit a local winery for a wine tasting, tour & lunch. Check into hotel for some free time before dinner at local restaurant.

Day 5: Palace of Knossos –Winery
Visit the Palace of Knossos with a guided tour, home of the Minoan civilization and the famous mythological Minotaur. Leave Knossos for lunch and tasting at Winery. Return to hotel for some free time before dinner at local restaurant.

Day 6: Flight from Heraklion to Thessaloniki –Amphipolis – Winery
Transfer to airport for flight from Heraklion to Thessaloniki airport. Upon arrival, drive to Amphipolis to view the famous Lion Statue. Continue drive to winery for BBQ lunch at a winery. Tour winery production and cellar with winemaker. Drive to Drama for check in to hotel and some free time. Enjoy the Crystal Cave Spa, the cafes by the ponds, the park or take a short trip to a cave. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 7: Philippi – Lazaridis Winery - Drama
Visit the archaeological site of Philippi with a professional, licensed guide. Following the tour, visit a winery for tour, tasting and lunch. Free time back at the hotel before dinner.

Day 8: Drama to Thessaloniki – Winery
Check out of hotel and drive to Thessaloniki. Visit a local winery, sample the different northern varieties of Greece. After winery, enjoy a guided walking food tour of Thessaloniki. Explore the cultural history through its cafés, markets and sample local delicacies. You will have the chance to shop local products directly from small stalls. Check into hotel and free time before dinner.

Day 9: Winery - Vergina
Today you will visit the archaeological site of Vergina where you will see the Tomb of Philip II, father of Alexander the Great and enjoy a guided tour. Visit a winery for a picnic lunch in vineyard. Free time to relax or explore Thessaloniki center. Farewell dinner at local restaurant.

Day 10: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight home.

Here you have the option to hop on a plane to the magical island of Santorini, only 1 hour away!
Upon arrival in Santorini, visit a winery where you will see the unique ways the grapes grow and the wines are made. Then take a quick trip to the Industrial Tomato Museum to sample the famous tomatoes of Santorini. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before your transfer to the hotel for some relaxation, free time and overnight stay.

Day 10: Akrotiri - Winery
The Bronze Age settlement of Akrotiri was one of the most important Minoan urban centres and ports in the Aegean Sea when it was covered by volcanic ash from the explosion in the 17th century BC. Visit the fascinating site with a guided tour, followed by a walk to the ‘Red beach’ to take photos. Continue with a winery visit and tasting to sample the world renowned ‘Assyrtiko’ wine variety. Return to hotel for free time and overnight.

Day 11: Panoramic bus tour – Catamaran sunset tour
Explore the island of Santorini with a panoramic bus tour. Stop at local villages for a stroll or take photos of the famous volcano and white washed houses with stunning views. In the afternoon, transfer to the port for a catamaran tour and enjoy a BBQ on board with the world famous sunset. Return to hotel for free time and dinner on your own.

Check out of hotel & transfer to airport for departure flight home.
