As a long standing Tour Operator with offices in Glyfada and over 30 years presence in the industry, we are currently seeking passionate individuals with at least 3 years of experience with Incoming group tourism to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage incoming requests for groups and individuals with precision
• Customize itineraries and quotations through constant communication with partners and suppliers
• Proactively track clients’ preferences and tailor made experiences
• Preparing contracts with clients and suppliers and adhere to payment deadlines
• Organization and operation of tours from start to finish and ensure smooth execution of services
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with professionalism

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in written and oral Greek and English
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage numerous clients and projects effectively without supervision
• Self-driven and self-motivated
• Problem-solving skills
• Proactive and team oriented
• For male candidates military services must be completed
• Any extra language, experience with Galileo or similar CRS will be considered a plus
